PDA or Laptop in Class

Photography majors are creative people, and creative people get bored easily. During some lectures, it can be tempting to reach for your PDA- or worse- if you're taking notes on your laptop, to veer away to your favorite web page. My advice? Resist. You risk being called out by your professor and even worse, you'll miss out on valuable information during class. Your education is going to be a mix of those wonderful studio classes where you explore your creativity, and important lectures. By the end of my four-year BFA education I found myself looking forward to my art history classes more then anything else. So start good habits now, read your books, listen up in class, and ask lots of questions!

a lot of my classes have that banned in the first place.

Seems you may have had your coloring book or baseball cards out while in your Language Arts classes though..."board"???
